As I have gone through the MSET program, I have enjoyed learning about technology tools, the inner workings of computers and software, and collaboration.  Throughout the program, I have had the opportunity to try new tools that I wouldn't have tried otherwise.

Without Multimedia Production and Multimedia II, I would've never tried Picasa and Inspiration, which are programs I've actually found to be interesting and fun.

A class that was a favorite of mine was Computer Hardware and Networking Essentials.  I had the opportunity to tear down a computer CPU with a partner.  We then had to trade CPUs with a pair of classmates and put their CPU back together.  It's odd to say, but when Masey and I got done putting our CPU back together and it was the only one to turn back on and work, I was beyond proud.

I also enjoyed having the opportunity to work with peers in classes.  I'm usually someone who prefers working on a project by myself, but I enjoyed seeing where others were coming from and 'putting our heads together.'  There were a couple projects I really don't think I could've done as well without the help of my peers.
